Sept. 1998: 5,000 copies of Lake Today hit the streets
Jan. 1999: 10,000 copies are printed
Aug. 2000: Company moves to location on Montclair Street in Leesburg
Nov. 2003: Lake Today reaches 96 pages
Sept. 2004: Lake Today goes to its current size of 8 1/2 x 11 and becomes LAKE Magazine
July 2005: Company moves to their current office on Dixie Avenue in Leesburg
Jan. 2006: First Cover Girl winner is Sarah Wright
Aug. 2006: LAKE receives Florida Magazine Association award for writing
April 2007: Columnist and humorist Jake Vest joins LAKE
Aug. 2007: LAKE receives FMA award for photography
Jan. 2008: LAKE’s biggest issue is 240 pages
Sept.2008: LAKE celebrates its 10th anniversary
March 2009: LAKE goes fully online offering video, discussion topics, blogs and more
